Annabelle is a very energetic and sweet 11 month old, blue weim with docked tail. Annabelle’s boundless energy requires a family who is willing to exercise her properly and work with her to provide structure and basic obedience. Annabelle would be a great running companion! Annabelle does show signs of separation anxiety when left alone in the house, however, she is comfortable in her crate and will wait patiently while you are away. She is a avid “tennis ball” fan and loves to retrieve and carry them in her mouth! Annabelle needs a foster home to help start her journey to her forever home!

Of course, financial assistance is typically our greatest need because of the costs encountered with rescuing our beautiful gray & blue friends ($300 per dog on average). But, there are several other ways for you to contribute to the ongoing efforts of the Atlanta Weimaraner Club Rescue.
Annabelle looks just like our weimaraner, Greta; who just passed away. She also loved to chase and retrieve tennis balls. I am a marathon runner and live down by the chattahoochie and would be able to give her lots of exercise. We are heart-broken about the loss of our dog and have alot of love to give to the dog that we get placed with. We hope that could be Annabelle. Hope to hear from you all soon.
