Max is a beautiful, very big, 4 year old, neutered, silver male Weimaraner that needs a new home because his family moved to another state. He is friendly with everyone and loves children. However, because of his size, we would prefer he be placed in a home with older children. He knows basic commands and is always ready to “shake” for a treat! Max gets along great with other dogs, and he would make someone a wonderful, loving companion.

Of course, financial assistance is typically our greatest need because of the costs encountered with rescuing our beautiful gray & blue friends ($300 per dog on average). But, there are several other ways for you to contribute to the ongoing efforts of the Atlanta Weimaraner Club Rescue.
We brought max home on sunday and have fallen in love with this “big gray giant”. He is settling in nicely ( lots of kisses) and opening doors everywhere in the house!
