Roxy is a beautiful 3 1/2 year old, spayed, large, grey female weim who is fully up-to-date on vetting. I got her as a puppy, and since then I got married, moved, and we had our first child. Roxy is well-behaved with very young children, small dogs, and is a little timid around larger dogs until she warms up. She’s un-tested with cats.
She behaves well but does not get the attention she deserves, and has developed chewing and digging habits, which could easily be resolved with adequate exercise and inclusion in the in-home family environment. She’s currently an outside dog. She knows basic commands and loves a good walk. She loves to huddle up next to you. I wish I had more time to for her. Of course, financial assistance is typically our greatest need because of the costs encountered with rescuing our beautiful gray & blue friends ($300 per dog on average). But, there are several other ways for you to contribute to the ongoing efforts of the Atlanta Weimaraner Club Rescue.
