My family and I are seriously considering adopting a weim to love on. We made it a point to go by the Acworth Petsmart last Saturday to talk to some Weim Volunteers about the breed and their specific needs, since I am a stay at home mom and would be the primary doggie caregiver. We had a chocolate lab that passed a little over a year ago and are ready to make a large energetic dog part of our family again. However, we are waiting for the holiday excitement to pass before pursuing the adoption process. Anyways, I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was meeting with the volunteers and dogs! Your program is wonderful and the site looks great. Kudos to y'all! I will hopefully be in touch soon.
